Sarah Milligan is an Athens County transplant from Zanesville, Ohio. She has been employed by Rocky Brands since 2005 holding a variety of roles in the areas of sales and customer service. Sarah’s current role of VP of Customer Experience has her understanding, overseeing, and bettering all customer interactions with Rocky from initial discovery all the way to purchase. In addition to her work at Rocky, Sarah also runs a photography business named @45764PHOTOGRAPHY specializing in senior, and family photography. She earned an undergraduate degree from Ohio University in History and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Capella University.
Sarah is engaged in many community efforts with a focus specifically on Nelsonville, Ohio. She was the chairman of the Rocky Community Improvement Fund (RCIF) from when it began in 2009 until 2017; helping to distribute $450,000 into projects benefiting the Nelsonville area. In addition to ACEnet Sarah also currently serves on the boards of Habitat for Humanity, Heritage Ohio, and sits on the Nelsonville Planning Commission.
Sarah lives in Nelsonville with her husband and young daughters.
