Chef Kathryn Mosher, CEC, CHE, grew up in Lancaster, OH though originally from Lexington, Ky. After high school, she attended Bowling Green State University and received a bachelor of science in Interior Design. Chef Katie then moved to Savannah, GA where she attended Savannah College of Art and Design to study Historic Preservation. While attending SCAD, she started working in the hospitality industry, prompting a switch in careers and, eventually, encouraging her to attend Hocking College to receive her Associate of Applied Business in Culinary Arts.

Sky Pettey is an attorney in private practice with the Athens law firm Lavelle and Associates, which he joined in 2001. He engages in a general practice of law focusing on criminal defense, civil rights, personal injury, and probate matters. Sky earned his B.A. in English from Oberlin College and his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. After law school he went to work as a Staff Attorney for Ohio Legal Rights Service, an independent state agency that was the State of Ohio’s federally-designated protection and advocacy agency for people with disabilities.

Sarah Milligan is an Athens County transplant from Zanesville, Ohio. She has been employed by Rocky Brands since 2005 holding a variety of roles in the areas of sales and customer service. Sarah’s current role of VP of Customer Experience has her understanding, overseeing, and bettering all customer interactions with Rocky from initial discovery all the way to purchase. Mollie Fitzgerald is the Executive Director at the Athens County Economic Development Council where she works to increase economic opportunities for Athens’ businesses, workforce and residents. Prior to this role she served as the Assistant Director of the ACEDC and the Executive Director of the Athens-based nonprofit Live Healthy Appalachia.

Mollie graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Health Communication Studies and has a Masters of Public Administration also from Ohio University.
